Elgry Power Ltd. Announces Strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Amisragas Energy for Joint Development of Energy Storage Systems

Elgry Power Ltd. has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Amisragas Energy, outlining a strategic business collaboration focused on the development of advanced energy storage systems.

According to the MoU, signed on June 9, 2025, the parties will work together on the planning, construction, management, maintenance, and provision of services for cutting-edge energy storage infrastructure. The companies will launch a joint pilot program, the success of which may lead to the signing of a full and binding agreement.

The memorandum also includes an intention to leverage Elgry's expertise and experience in system engineering, importing SOLAX products, and infrastructure deployment and operation, alongside Amisragas’s strong business network and client base in the Israeli market.

Strengthening Elgry's position in the renewable energy marketThe company notes that the potential collaboration with Amisragas could have a significant positive impact on Elgry’s operations, both in terms of business expansion and in strengthening its position within the renewable energy market. This move is expected to enable penetration into new market segments and broaden the company’s customer base.

Additionally, the partnership is anticipated to enhance the company’s presence in institutional, municipal, and industrial markets, and to address the growing demand for advanced energy storage solutions in Israel as part of the broader national transition to green energy.
